Return Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept return requests.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is the result of a fulfillment error on our end (e.g., wrong item, damaged or faulty item).

We do not refund original shipping costs.

In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid return label.

We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking for your protection.

Exchange Options
